So, apparently some company has developed a way for an author to
sign an ebook. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like that's missing the whole idea of a signed book, at least a little. I read ebooks because they're convenient. I read a lot of them. I still like owning an actual copy of the book,
especially if I'm a fan of the author. I don't see myself opening up an epub copy of
The Eye of the World and saying "Yes, there's a copy of his signature, but it's a
real copy." Doesn't really work for me. I'm not a Luddite, but maybe I'm missing something.
